Day/Month-of Coordinator Package
Cost: $1,300

This package is designed to ensure that your wedding day unfolds smoothly, allowing you to enjoy every moment without worry. As your dedicated coordinator, I will handle all the logistics so that you can focus on celebrating your love.

Services Included:

- Timeline Management: I will create and manage the wedding day timeline, ensuring that every moment flows seamlessly.

- Vendor Coordination: I will confirm details and schedules with vendors a week prior to the event, ensuring that everyone is on the same page.

- On-site Coordination: I will be present on your wedding day to manage logistics, including vendor arrivals and any last-minute adjustments. I will leave after the DJ has started and after checking in with you.

- Guest Management: I will assist with guest inquiries and seating arrangements to create a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees.

- Weekly Phone Call: I will hold up to an hour of weekly phone calls during the month leading up to the wedding, providing you with guidance and support.

- Vendor Recommendations: I will provide a list of trusted vendors prior to the month of the wedding (caterers, photographers, florists, etc.) based on your style and budget.

- All-Day/Month-of Coordination: Enjoy the luxury of my full support on your wedding day, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. I will be there every step of the way, managing the timeline and addressing any issues that arise.

- Contract Review and Vendor Negotiations: I will assist you in reviewing vendor contracts to ensure you receive the best value for your budget. I’ll negotiate on your behalf to secure favorable terms, providing you with confidence in your choices.

- Guest Accommodation Coordination: I will help make your guests' experience unforgettable by arranging hotel blocks and transportation logistics. I’ll handle all the details to ensure your loved ones have a comfortable stay and easy access to your venue.

- Regular Planning Meetings: Stay informed and organized with my scheduled check-ins (monthly or bi-monthly). These meetings will keep everything on track, allowing for open discussions about progress, concerns, and any adjustments that may be needed.
