OUR PACKAGES

At the Blue Heron, we develope our packages to not only help our couples design the wedding or event of their dreams, but also have a variety of price points to stay within their budget.

Our 1 and 3 day packages each have 3 tiers of services and amenities included.

If you do not see what it is you are specifically looking for, we are never short on imagiation and will work with you to develope the package that best suits your goals and budget.

OUR ONE DAY PACKAGES

FULL DAY Tier One $4500

Up to 14 continuous hours of usage. Waterfalls and fountains, power, technical support person for grounds, directional signage, bathrooms

Ceremony and reception -

your choice of location

White Gazebo and wood gazebo usage

Renter sets up and cleans up on same day

(tents and tables/chairs etc by 8 AM next day)

FULL DAY Tier Two $5900

Includes all of the above in Tier One plus:

Event chairs and tables included for up to 125 guests with set up and take down included

Get ready area in the Skintegrity Medi Spa double room with lighted mirrors and private deck overlooking the river

Airbnb for couple the night of the wedding at a reduced rate

50% off decore rental

**Hexagon 30' x 40' tent to seat up to 150 guests for additional fee of $600 put up and take down included

Full Day Teir Three $7200 Inclusive

This package includes all of the items listed in tier one and two above and also includes

35' x 40' Hexagon wedding tent with seating for up to 175 guests (tables/chairs and tent set up and take down included)

AirBNB wedding night free with champagne

Services of our expert wedding coordinator Nikki Hayden for 1 month prior to wedding date (see attached bio) and acting as day of coordinator for your stress free event experience

Wedding decor of your choice

OUR 3 DAY PACKAGES

Our 3 day packages include set up and rehearsal on the Friday starting at 4 PM,

a full 14 hours day of event on the Saturday and up to 12 noon on Sunday for clean up or any other use. These packages take away the stress for couples who want to focus on the wedding day without concerning themselves with set up or other organizational responibilities while they are getting prepared to say " I DO!!"

There are again 3 tiers of services and amenities as in the 1 day packages.

3 DAY Package Tier One $6900

Friday afternoon set up and rehearsal etc. starting at 4 PM, up to 18 continuous hours of usage on wedding day, Sunday until noon. Waterfalls and fountains, power, technical support person for grounds, directional signage, bathrooms

Ceremony and reception -

your choice of location

White Gazebo and wood gazebo usage

Use of get ready double room in Skintegrity Medi Spa

Air BNB for couple on the Friday and Sat night at a discounted rate

Renter sets up and cleans up

3 DAY Package Tier Two $7900

This package includes everything listed in the tier one package as well as:

Event chairs and tables included for up to 125 guests with set up and take down included

Hexagon event tent with walls that seats up to 150 people (up to 175 depending on organization of seating)

Get ready area in the Skintegrity Medi Spa double room with lighted mirrors and private deck overlooking the river

Airbnb for couple the night of the wedding at a reduced rate

3 DAY Package Tier Three
$9500 Inclusive

This package includes all of the items listed for 3 day rentals in tier one and two and also includes:

35' x 40' Hexagon wedding tent with optional walls and tables and chairs for up to 125 people with tables/chairs and tent set up and take down included
Clean up included

AirBNB wedding night free with champagne

Services of our expert wedding coordinator Nikki Hayden for 1 month prior to wedding date (see attached bio) and acting as day of coordinator for your stress free event experience

Wedding decor of your choice

4 Hour Time blocks - $1500

We also offer 4 hour time blocks when available. Typically these will be Monday through Thursday

8-12 noon, 12 PM to 4 PM or 4 PM to 8 PM

These rentals include the venue and the systems (electrical, ponds, waterfalls, fountains, bathrooms, signage etc and extra's like chairs are for additional fees.)

Our wedding venue has the amazing advantage of the Skintegrity Medi Spa being located on site! With more services than any other spa or aesthetics clinic in the region, you can have your preparation and beauty needs taken care of by the top rated care providers of Skintegrity. Whether it is professional make up application, manicures/pedicures, facials and massage, teeth whitening, skin lifting/tightening or body contouring or simply a luxurious body scrub mask and wrap or even Botox or filler and so much more to get ready for your big day, the highest certified professionals that staff Skintegrity are there to help you be the very best version of yourself!! Our beautiful double room that has recently been added with its own bathroom and a large outdoor deck can also be rented for your "day of" needs with ample room to have your wedding party get dressed or have your hair dressing professional come onsite!
